Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund by 3 days after the day we recieve your return.,
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

First Class shipping within the US is a flat-rate $1.99 (Usually 3-4 days). We also offer priority shipping for $5.99 (2-3 days). Shipping to most other countries is flat rate $5.99 for first class international Air Mail.

Orders (if in stock) will ship within 24 hours. We try to ship out all orders on the same day if possible. Regular business hours apply, but we ship on saturdays as well.
